CANCELLATION POLICY

At A & L Hair Studio, we value your time and greatly appreciate your business. To ensure we can accommodate all clients fairly, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the services booked. This fee will be charged to the card on file or added to your next appointment. We understand that emergencies happen and will do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
